A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities!

I enjoyed a nice stay, especially at the bar where I had good cocktails after a day of exploring. The outdoor pool was refreshing. Don't miss the breakfast, it was freshly prepared and delicious! Request a room facing away from the highway for a quieter night.

Noise in hall is in your room. Even in elevator across the hall... makes place no better than * motel.

The mattress was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, and double glazing couldn't effectively mute the traffic sounds from the highway. While the staff were friendly, there were inconsistencies regarding breakfast charges that created confusion. Though the shared facilities, like the gym and swimming pool, were good, the lack of a safe in the room was concerning.

The cleanliness

Not bad experience but think they should have breakfast included. also the mattress was hard. Maybe have a pillow top.

Staff was wonderful. Lobby and outside sitting was great.

I am going to contact Hilton. The bed was horrible. The a/c unit did NOT cool the bedroom. I had a sitting area and bedroom area.

The kids loved the pool area, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was fresh and satisfying.

My children wished for a larger play area for kids.

Was breakfast included? It wasn't mentioned anywhere. Not mentioned in any paper work or by the front desk. On our last morning we noticed people eating but we were not sure if it was included with the room or separate.

easy access to parks and shopping delights

I appreciated the easy stroll to Watters Creek, where I enjoyed both shopping and dining, and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve is just a quick drive away for those lovely nature walks. The staff was friendly.

Nice bar on-site, perfectly clean and updated room with a coffee maker, mini-fridge. Location short walk to the outlet malls, the event center, shopping and restaurants and a great restaurant in Tworows.

Our stay was good the staff accommodated our early check in request. We went to a baby shower in one of the banquet halls they did a great job!

The pool area is well maintained, nice for relaxation. The room had cleaning inconsistencies, with hair found in the bathroom. Location near shopping is a plus.

We checked out a game at Eagle Stadium and enjoyed hanging out in our comfy room. The hotel was conveniently located near fun spots.

The room offered comfortable bedding and sufficient space for relaxation, complemented by a clean environment. The breakfast options could improve for better satisfaction.
